Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Jam Taco app and any related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Encore Works Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Encore Works," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Jam Taco is a personal concert-tracking app that lets you log shows you've attended, view setlists, track stats, and optionally connect with friends to see their stats and show history. We may add, modify, or remove features over time, and may offer free and paid tiers or features at our discretion.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Jam Taco. By using the app, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Your Account

You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of the notes, photos, and ratings you add to the app ("Your Content"). By submitting Your Content, you grant Encore Works a limited, non-exclusive license to store, display, reproduce, and process it for the purpose of operating, maintaining, and improving the Service, including any future features we may introduce.

You're responsible for Your Content and confirm you have the right to share anything you upload, including photos.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Attempt to access another user's account without authorization
• Upload content that is harassing, abusive, or infringes on someone else's rights
• Interfere with or disrupt the app's infrastructure or attempt to reverse-engineer the service beyond what's permitted by law

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Setlist and Show Data

Setlist and show data displayed in the app is sourced from setlist.fm and is used under their published API terms. This data reflects the best available public information and may occasionally be incomplete or inaccurate.

7. Not Affiliated with Any Artist or Band

Jam Taco is an independent, unofficial fan tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any artist, band, venue, or the setlist.fm platform. Any artist or band names referenced in the app are used solely to describe compatibility and are the property of their respective owners.

8. Friends and Shared Data

If you use the Friends feature, you acknowledge that accepted friends will be able to see certain information about your account as described in our Privacy Policy. You can remove a friend connection at any time within the app.

9. Disclaimers

Jam Taco is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that setlist data will always be accurate or complete.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Encore Works Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the app.

11. Termination

You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by other reasonable means before the changes take effect. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
